ALPHA 0.0.0.4 RELEASE

there is a bunch of bug fixes and a bunch of new bugs as well!

- Big thing in this update is audio no longer blasts out on the Loading screen
- AND volume controls!
- there is also a new section with an alpha car there, just for testing 
- new task sheet updates
- added more woke features for the woke game-engine
